FIA World Touring Car Championship

Entering its eighth year as a WORLD championship, the WTCC has established itself as a major presence on the global motorsport scene and is now considered one of the strongest of all FIA World Championship Series. Significant manufacturer support, 24 races in 12 venues between March and November, packed grids with 25+ cars and take no prisoners action result in constant entertainment and excellent close racing action. With events at major prestigious circuits around the world, the series is heavily supported by car manufacturers BMW, Chevrolet, Ford, SEAT and Honda. Engines are turbo charged and provide bumper to bumper action racing. Ex-F1 drivers and many of the greatest modern day Touring Car drivers representing more than 15 different nationalities participate in the Championship.
